Dennis & Gayle Glennon have been missionaries to Canada with Faith Baptist Church for over 30 years. They serve in Fort McMurray, Alberta. It’s so cold that his prayer letters have frostbite when they arrive! The temperature at the writing of their newsletter update last winter was -34!
Dennis Glennon’s testimony is an intriguing one. He was a runaway as a teen on the streets of Detroit. Dennis was stabbed three times in the back and left for dead. When they found him, a priest read him his last rites; but God still had a plan for him. Through that, he found Christ.
Both Dennis and Gayle struggle with health issues. They’ve both had cancer and Dennis is recovering from radiation treatment. He is looking now to train a replacement. In spite of the heath issues, they continue to preach and teach and win souls. Pray for them as they minister to the souls in Canada!
