Every year we want to set time aside for something like this. As shepherds of this church, we desire to model the Chief Shepherd. As we read the Gospels, we observe that one of the ways He Shepherded His disciples was to teach them how to pray. Therefore, it is incumbent upon us to do the same. Three years ago, when we started these prayer seminars we taught through a book called Praying the Bible. Last year we looked at several components of personal prayer. This year, we are going to take a look at the Lord’s Prayer, and how it perfectly outlines a model we can pray through every day.
